Cancellation, Return & Refund Guidelines

At NEWESSENTIALSWEAR, we aim to provide a dependable and customer-focused shopping experience. Below are our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipping begins.

  • Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once fulfillment or shipment has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • A 6.9% + $1 handling fee may be deducted from approved cancellations.

Returns

  • Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of order placement or 14 days after delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are available for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.

  • Evidence such as photos, videos, and order information may be required.

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and reviewed.

  • Refunds for non-quality-related reasons do not include return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Items lost due to courier error will be replaced free of charge.

  • Errors caused by incorrect customer information may require additional payment.

Exclusions

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries

  • Items already in transit

  • Customized or pre-sale products

  • Returns sent without prior approval

  • Packages marked as delivered but later missing

  • Issues caused by customs inspections or uncontrollable events

Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact you.
If no response is received and the package is returned or discarded, compensation cannot be provided.

International Purchases

Import duties and local taxes may apply to international orders.
Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to customs-related charges.
